Recently Governor Bevin issued an Executive Order regarding the Workers Compensation Nominating Commission (WCNC) which is responsible for screening applicants for Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) for Workers Compensation cases. As you know, ALJs are assigned to resolve workers compensation cases.

Local 776 driver Rich Stover and Organizer Mark Cicak were on hand to talk about the Teamsters Union and answer questions. El Paso police officers are making a 600-mile journey to support Special Olympics. Fifteen officers began their run Sunday by carrying the "flame of hope" torch to the opening ceremonies of the Special Olympics. The quiet of the York Union Hall neighborhood was broken on Saturday May 7th as Local 776 Stewards converged on the property with chain saws, trimmers and muscle. Along with the Local’s Officers and Business Agents they had a formidable task in front of them. The grounds received a good clean up with the trimming of the bushes and shrubs and then all surrounded in fresh mulch.
